BFC’s Dips & Spreads

There is time to prepare some healthy green dips even during the busy working days. We share our favourite recipes with you to enhance your everyday health, sustain energy level, and increase brain function. Grab fresh local ingredients and find 15 minutes during your lunch time to start feeling powerful! If you’re just as dedicated to your health as you are to your busy work schedule, then you’re bound to succeed!

Ramson Pesto

  • 100 g ramson
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Water (a little if needed)

Nettle Spread

  • 150 g young nettle leaves
  • 2 avocado
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 60 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Water (a little if needed)

Fresh Herbs Dip

  • 100 g sorrel
  • 200 g spinach
  • 50 g basil
  • 50 g fresh oregano
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml flax seeds oil
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Water (a little if needed)

Place ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and decorate. Enjoy spreads with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, bell pepper, etc.)
