Super simple and tasty snacks with just three ingredients – bananas, oats and honey.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 dl of oatmeal
- 2 tbsp honey or coconut palm syrup
- Vanilla, to taste
- Cinnamon, to taste
Mash bananas and oatmeal with a fork to a thick and sticky dough. Add seasoning, such as vanilla, honey and/or cinnamon. Shape into small balls (about 12-15 pieces). If the dough is too runny, add a little oatmeal, but not too much so that the dough does not get too thick & the balls don´t get too dry. Arrange the balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Keep the snack balls in a closed glass jar in the refrigerator and use within a week.
