Ramson Pesto
- 100 g ramson
- 100 g spinach
- 100 g pine nuts
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pink Himalayan salt
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- Water (a little if needed)
Nettle Spread
- 150 g young nettle leaves
- 2 avocado
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 60 ml fresh lemon juice
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Water (a little if needed)
Fresh Herbs Dip
- 100 g sorrel
- 200 g spinach
- 50 g basil
- 50 g fresh oregano
- 150 g walnuts
- 25 ml olive oil
- 100 ml flax seeds oil
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- 4 garlic cloves
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Water (a little if needed)
Place ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and decorate. Enjoy spreads with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, bell pepper, etc.)
