Marina Zabughina
Marina is a designer in BFC’s marketing department, and is passionate about photography, art, languages, and vegan cooking. She can often be found searching for local herbs and mushrooms, taking part in search and rescue trainings with her dog, in galleries admiring works of art, or experimenting with delicious raw recipes. Marina was born in Moldova, and has previously lived in Russia, France, and Finland – she is currently based in Italy. Marina values the opportunity to learn about different cultures and loves to study languages, discover curious facts about origins of words, and experience local traditions.
Matthew Marwick
Matthew is an Associate with BFC based in New York. His role encompasses communication management, creative development, and project coordination. His passions include technology, science, current affairs, and environmental sustainability. In his spare time, he is an enthusiastic photographer and enjoys cooking French desserts. Matthew previously worked with the UK Government’s department of Trade and Investment (UKTI) in London, holds a degree in Physics, and is an award-winning filmmaker.

Evgeni has been working in digital marketing since 2001. He is experienced in branding design, marketing strategy, organization, and backstopping of IT and digital projects. Evgeni currently leads the coordination of web development and corporate branding at BFC.
Brian Fenoglio
Brian is a project editor/research analyst with BFC. Previously a United States Peace Corps volunteer, he enjoys writing, philosophizing, music, and perfecting his stunningly beautiful beard. Brian is fascinated by the unifying power of language and is passionate about words.
Andrey Sorokin
Andrey is a content manager/recruitment assistant with BFC. His main responsibilities include translations, writing, and research. Andrey has a strong passion for music and has composed several songs for his own band, in which he also provides vocals and plays bass guitar.
Leonie Altehülshorst
Leonie Altehülshorst is a German bachelor student completing a degree in European Business Communication. She is well-acquainted with France, having participated in multiple French-German exchange programs, spending a year studying at the University of Orleans, and recently interned with the Dordogne Council Department. In 2014, Leonie completed a 3-month internship with the European Parliament, working in the office of a German MEP. In October 2017, Leonie joined BFC as a Student Consultant.

Tyler Green
Tyler Green is a Project Coordinator with 7 years of professional experience in community development, accounting, communications, public relations, and project management. He has been a member of BFC since 2015; since then, Tyler has been involved as a project coordinator for the PAFAI (Promoting Access to Finance and Agricultural Insurance) project in the Republic of Georgia, where he specializes in the development of Value Chain Finance partners and products, and the Blue Orchard Operational Efficiency Project. Tyler holds a MA from George Mason University (USA) and is fluent in English and Romanian.

Ludmila Bouros
Liudmila has been an art teacher for 8 years, working at the Sciusev School of Art in Chisinau. She seeks to help her students realise their dreams by developing their skills and imagination through creativity. Liudmila is also a professional visual artist and is driven to create pieces which inspire others. Her artistic work is imbued with themes of sustainability – accentuated through the use of natural materials and recycled goods. Liudmila’s dream is to found her own art centre, built around the ideals of inclusiveness, dismantling barriers to art, and encouraging families to take part in a collaborative artistic process.
