Nasturtium spread

This is the recipe for people who grow nasturtium in their garden not only for the aesthetic reason 😉


  • 30g raw pumpkin seeds
  • 30 young nasturtium leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe Directions

In a food processor, chop the pumpkin seeds and garlic. Add the nasturtium leaves and blend roughly. Add lemon juice and olive oil and continue blending, fold the nutritional yeast flakes and salt in with a spatula. Enjoy it with crackers or as a sauce with baked potatoes. Try to add cashews to the recipe for a creamier texture. Use nasturtium flowers for decoration.
